I love the treadmill bike. I have a treadmill, but on nice days I really wish I could use it outside. My treadmill is very heavy though and I can't carry it upstairs by myself. I had two friends help me carry it up from the basement so I could run in my backyard, but duh, we couldn't find an outlet to plug it in, so it was useless. With the treadmill bike, I can ride all around my backyard, and my running shoes never get dirty. At 100 bucks a pop, and at least two pairs a year, I can save several hundred dollars a year and always have clean shoes, so the treadmill bike isn't as expensive as it seems. The wheels do pick up earth contaminants, however, so you really need to ride it in very clean places to maintain its hygienic properties. Also, it spreads a lot of happiness, because most people laugh a lot when they see you. You also have to be prepared to be called a lot of names, like "moron" and "idiot" because some people just don't get it, but most people aren't forward thinkers, so you can't be concerned about them. And the more you practice, the better you get at it. I can get places now almost as fast as I used to get by walking, but, of course, then I had dirty shoes. Now, they all look brand new!

The guy hauling that sucker onto a bus floored me. I love the fact that the narrator can't keep herself from laughing the entire time. Great video!

It is not a joke - I'm actually the first freestyle treadmill biker. I never touched my BMX again since I got that baby.
