OTA HD is very valuable to people, there are dozens of huge websites and forums with the latest news and pvr tools (some better, some worse), and the number of people using their pc to record hd tv programs is steadily growing. I bought my DVICO USB HDTV tuner card about a year ago and I've been PVRing my weekly dosis of 24 (or American Idol for the misses) and other shows in perfect quality ever since. Don't forget that in many areas the OTA HD offerings are actually not that bad, I get FOX, ABC, NBC, CBS and some others for free. That's definitely worth some $120. I believe in Europe there are even more programs available over the air.
