		<description>Hey Azriel, there aren't many Americans that can't afford the cheapest computer, and there are community organizations that can pretty much address the needs of those few here who can't. And even if that isn't the case, there are libraries and other such possibilities.

Whereas for third-world children, a computer that you or I buy in America may cost more than it takes to feed her entire immediate family for the whole year.</description>
