d_skin Protective Disc Skin, just in case. They’re made of a clear material that’s thin enough that you can leave it on the disk, even while the disk is in action. It’s just like it’s not even there, but there it is, protecting you from scratches. If the Disc Skin breaks, just replace it with another one as soon as possible.

It’s not that I don’t want you to have fun and watch Deadwood, son, it’s that I want you to be safe about it.

  • I bought a 50 pack of d_skins a few months ago but had a difficult time finding them… I got the impression the company was on the outs. Suffice to say the product is pretty good for those people that use CD’s or DVD’s all the time. But be warned that some discs and disc readers do not work 100% of the time with d_skins. I’ve had trouble using it on my Windows disc as well as on DVD’s and CDR’s in my X-Box.
