BenQ DC C1000 10-Megapixel Point and Shoot
by Richard Ozerman on September 5, 2006

The DC C1000 from BenQ is heavy on features but light on weight, which is just the way we like our point-and-shoots. It has a 10.1 megapixel sensor, 3x optical zoom, a 2.4-inch TFT LCD screen, MPEG4 VGA quality video recording a 30fps, and 24MB of internal storage. The C100 also has SD card support, and is powered by 2 AA batteries, which makes it easy to carry spare batteries while you’re on the road.

No price info yet, but it should be available some time in September.
