		<description>Tom Perkins, another board member, resigned in May over the investigation tactics.  It appears that Dunn&#039;s investigation included mining (or pretexting) the personal home phone and long distance records of board members as well.  Federal and California prosecutors are investigating the potential illegal use of pretexting.</description>
