		<description>Tom Perkins, another board member, resigned in May over the investigation tactics.  It appears that Dunn's investigation included mining (or pretexting) the personal home phone and long distance records of board members as well.  Federal and California prosecutors are investigating the potential illegal use of pretexting.</description>
