Migilia has released a 2.4GHZ wireless handset that can work on either Mac or PC. It has no display and transmits through a USB dongle. The setup includes software that can synch with AIM, iChat AV, MSN or Skype, making it a versatile option for VoIP.

It might be a bit light on features, but for those of you wishing a bit more privacy than simply talking into a mic, this device seems like a decent option. It’s available now for $79.
