This is so funny! The hackers did the same thing to the Microsoft’s DRM in about 24 hours too. Personally, I hate DRM. But I understand it’s a requirement for Apple and other content providers to distribute music. But Apple and Microsoft are going to have to really come up with a much tighter algorithm.
As soon as DRM gets moved to the next level the RIAA will go broke. Few people are willing to put up with DRM, and even fewer are willing to put up with it not being hackable. (if such a thing even exists) then LimeWire and such will gain popularity Apple will discontinue their contracts with the RIAA because of declining iPod sales, when suddenly using limewire and UMS is soo much easier than using iTunes and GKW (god knows what).
