  • Frankly, I prefer the weather displays where you mount a wireless sensor outside of your house. You get really local weather that way, and not the weather downtown, or at the airport.

Plus, I bet the cost of the weather display and sensor combined with the cost of a regular coffee maker is still less than this thing.

  • Handy…but I’m too lazy to make my own coffee. My company has these nifty starbucks machines that brew a single cup of coffee in about a minute. If I turn on my computer before I go get coffee, it’s almost ready for me to see the weather on google desktop by the time I have my coffee.

  • Lovely. The “Hey, look! There goes Elvis!” of coffee machines. Fortunately Melitta generally knows how to make decent coffee overall. But what a gimmick to divert your attention from how crappy your brewed coffee tastes… it’s genius.
