HP’s Dunn Resigns from Board [CNN]

  • Dunn’s early resignation is a good move for the company. While the actions director on the board that was leaking information was clearly wrong, her counteractions in violating private records of both board members and reporters alike are absolutely unethical..and likely illegal.

Unfortunately, HP will be the one to suffer the most from this whole debacle. HP was making a stellar comeback under Mark Hurd. Just when it was picking up momentum, these very regrettable actions came to light. I’d be really pissed if I was a HP shareholder.
