Not only does the 1GB memory card mysteriously become unformatted but the phone randomly doesn't ring. The wallpaper also blanks out to white. I tried exchanging this phone and the first day of having the exchange I had all the same problems and returned the exchange. And yes, I did try to reformat the memory card as stated in the manual on both my phone and the exchange, the option isn't even on the menu. This phone is a nightmare.
