Microsoft Game Studios and Marvel Entertainment have confirmed that Cryptic Studios will be the developers of the highly anticipated Marvel Universe Online. Cryptic Studios is known for its big MMO City of Heroes, which is actually a great game. Marvel Universe Online will follow the same footsteps as City of Heroes, and will actually be the second MMO released for Xbox 360, and the only MMO currently announced for Windows Vista.
Other than being able to play Marvel super heroes, there isn’t much information about what the game will include, but hopefully it will stray far from the current Marvel games available. I’m already thinking of how I’m going to customize my Gambit. There will be Gambit, right? I hope.
