[...] Remember when I said it wouldn’t be a big surprise if those Burger King games for the Xbox 360 sold like crazy? Well, it happened. The games have been out for a little less than a month, but they’ve already hit the 2 million mark, meaning they’ve hit Gears of War status. [...]

I suspect that it is compatible with Xbox Live in that it has an online leaderboard, but no online play. The other two both support online play, as well.

I'm not either Jag, it's just a joke.

And Sascha, I'm not sure if the covers are mock-ups, but it seems Sneak King doesn't feature Xbox Live compatibility. We'll have to wait and see.

If only two titles offer Xbox Live, how come the covers for all three of them have the Xbox Live symbol in the upper right corner? Or are those covers just mock-ups?

I think the real reason it's on-disc is because more people, especially in their target demo, have Xboxes than Xbox 360s, and most of those original Xboxes aren't on Xbox Live. It's also probably too large to download via XBLA (50MB limit for arcade games), although it's hard to imagine how.

Although your reason is mighty compelling, too.
