However, this media controller/turntable thingy takes that one step further. I&#8217;m quite certain 2007 is the year of the weird laptop lid, and you&#8217;re seeing it here first. 		<description>I don&#039;t see how this could possibly be useful, unless it&#039;s used as some kind of notification - you&#039;ve got an incoming Skype call or something. But for that, the computer would have to be running, so... Why not simply keep it open?</description>
