What a great move by Libya! Why invade Chad or sponsor terrorism - just “educate” it’s neighbour’s children.
What might the 2B1 One Libyan Encyclopedia Per Child look like? Here’s a guess: http://www.olpcnews.com/content/education/o_is_for_oversight.html

This is awesome, but what I’m wondering is…
how many of those laptops will end up stolen by the kids’ families/neighbors/etc and sold for money? Third world habitants don’t usually have the education necessary to understand keeping the laptop as a long term investement as opposed to “right-now-money”… ah well. I hope it works. And I hope people in the civilized countries who like the laptops don’t cause them to be sold.
