Just purchased seagate external hard drive with the memeo software pre installed , purchased the network backup version, Tried to install, GOT ERROR MESSAGE " CANNOT INSTALL OLDER VERSION OVER A NEWER VERSION" Tried to update software get " USE DLL FAILED". Software will not Uninstall or Update " get same " Use DLL FAILED ". But the worst problem is I have e-mailed them this problem 16 days ago and still no fix.
