Just purchased seagate external hard drive with the memeo software pre installed , purchased the network backup version, Tried to install, GOT ERROR MESSAGE &quot; CANNOT INSTALL OLDER VERSION OVER A NEWER VERSION&quot; Tried to update software get &quot; USE DLL FAILED&quot;. Software will not Uninstall or Update &quot; get same  &quot; Use DLL FAILED &quot;. But the worst problem is I have e-mailed them this problem 16 days ago and still no fix. CASE #2682</description>
