I got mine almost a month ago, and the only concern that I have is in regards to the battery power. It doesn't seem to last that long. I charge it until it's full, listen to it for about an hour and about 1/4 of the battery life is gone. It just seems like it should be longer. Oh...and how the heck do you get movies on the thing? MSFT is doing nothing more than trying to divert Apple's attention/resources. They will spend millions and not care if Zune is successful or not. Why? Because MSFT believes they can do more harm to a competitor by challenging the competitors products. It has worked in the past. To bad they haven't caught to the concept of succeeding by building something better. But then making billions, over a 25 year period, by producing crap will do that to you. My name says it all.
