It’s currently July 23rd and my RAZR MAXX Ve has problems with the web and it won’t send or receive picture or sound texts. I am being told it is a software issue but no one can seem to tell me (from Verizon) when a software update will be available. The salespeople at the verizon store I was at (claimed) they had no idea of this) So buyer beware: if you are looking to use those features on this phone be sure that the software is updated.

PMWBL - I had a similar problem with my phone. I could receive the picture/sound messages, but I could not download them. I took my phone in and, after about an hour, they finally fixed it. It is a software problem, but they can, and should fix it for you.
The problem I have with the phone is the texting feature is slower then hell, and the idiotic message that tells me I’m at XX% of my inbox. Why is the cap at 100 messages in the first place? Another question: Why does that damn message appear at a different % every time I get near the 100 messages? Sometimes it starts at 85%, somtimes 90%, and I’ve even had it start as low as 78%. What the hell is the deal?
