It would depend on all registrars for .com obeying the rules I guess - most tools are not allowing my to insert муspace.com instead of myspace.com so it is hard to see what is what. м is actually M in cyrllic and у is ooh. You have to look hard to see the difference ... BTW ebay has pulled it already.
