A lot of us are iPod owners, and the most common concern is battery life. If playing songs or videos on your iPod/iPhone is depleting your cell phone battery, it's just not worth it. Digital players are amusing, but cell phones are life and death. I suppose iPhone is envisioned as an additional product, separate and apart from the iPod line.
