Hot damn! For some reason, gaming is a popular topic this holiday. So it comes as no surprise that PC manufacturers are releasing gaming notebooks left and right. Toshiba’s offering is the Satellite P100-ST9742 notebook with Intel Core 2 Duo. Aside from the terrible model name/number, this sucker is packed to the brim with awesome features like a 1.4” chassis, NVIDIA GeForce Go 7900 GTX graphics, an Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 CPU, 802.11b/g wireless, 100GB hard drive, a 5-in-1 card reader, DVD burner, and a tight 17” widescreen display. Whew! If you can fit all that into your cranium, you’ll be set. It’s available from ToshibaDirect.com only and costs a whopping $2900. Maybe that 2nd mortgage isn’t looking so bad after all.

C’mon guys, $2900 for a high quality gaming machine is really a reasonable price. You don’t play games on the new P100, you live them.
