Today Sling Media announced that it would be partnering with the 3 Group as part of an initiative to help bring TV to additional mobile handsets. Currently, only a limited number of mobile phones and PDAs can run the SlingPlayer Mobile software used to stream TV from your home via the Slingbox. Support has now been added for the Nokia N73 and Sony-Ericsson W950 handsets. The partnership will allow more consumers to have the ability to watch their local news and porn channels anywhere in the world.
