Their benefits are no better than one of Stalin's backyard steel mills and the reason their prices are so low is because they don't include the costs that WalMart's products have on our environment overall economy (like shipping responsibility and jobs off to China). I don't mind Senator Edwards, I think he's made it pretty clear that he's standing up for the middle class and the thousands that are in poverty in this country, I don't think a Wal-Mart press release is really going to take that away from him. But leave it to Wal-Mart to take a public swipe at a politician who has the guts to call them out on their bullshit....its about time.
