I reckon he did it with a large offscreen sausage. That way, he could put the DVD in the drive of the console in the video and trigger the offscreen sausage with a dash of fine French mustard.

look at the delay of the icon to go away when he presses eject near the end. it is a great amount of time compared to actually having it run off of the console, I call shenannigans, there is a second wii. with my wii, the icon disappears before the cd starts coming out.

One day about 10 years from now, the next gen Internet users will look back and say, ‘God those YouTube / self generated videos were such crap quality, how did you manage to actually stand the poor quality?’. A different unit being plugged into the TV is much more likely.

My guess is that he has two Wii consoles. One is offscreen but is actually connected to the TV and the real Rayman disc was loaded in that one while the one shown is simply plugged in to accept the blank disc but is not connected to the TV.

Or it could be a second console off-camera somewhere.

All of these videos can be done easily with a second console. You just have one plugged into the video inputs and one plugged in for show. Then you just synchronize shoving the disc in and tada!

He had a Dev console probably. look at IGNs videos before they got the release units: developers gave them burned games on what looks like the same disks.
