		<description>Eureka, Yuhreka.  That sounds like a good plan.  I'd settle for either channel although sending and recognition of the CC license would be more convenient.  But Yuhreka's plan may be better for Microsoft, so they can collect analytics on users to present related music and content relevant to the user's interests.</description>

		<description>If the CC musicians have an agreement with their record labels so that they can legitimately share their music for free, then all they would have to do is price it at $0.00 on the Zune music store so that after the 3 days/3 plays, the user who received the song can choose to download their own copy of the song.  If Microsoft somehow weren't allowing the "free" download (because they want a cut), then that would be a different story altogether.</description>
