Toshiba Gigabeat S60 Reviewed
by Vince Veneziani on November 27, 2006

Krunker has posted a review of the Toshiba Gigabeat S60 and they seem to like it a lot aside from a few shortcomings. This Zune-before-the-Zune media player uses an embedded version of windows, which actually has a pretty decent looking UI. Video playback is nice and although there’s no WiFi-based song sharing, the player still holds its own as a decent competitor.

One major problem they seem to point out a few times is the battery life. Apparently, the battery life on the Gigabeat S60 isn’t too hot though and you have to use Windows Media Player to manage your music and videos. That sucks, but other than that the player stands up decently. Especially price wise. Check out the full review for all the details.
