muster just a few weeks ago? It did. So what kind of certification might it need to pass now? We’re not sure, but we’re confused. Is the American-flavored 750 different than the model submitted to the FCC? Is Ed covering for another manufacturing SNAFU? Will Ross and Rachel ever divulge their true feelings for one another?

Hell if we know.

  • The certification he is referring to is the carrier certification. Each carrier, including Cingular, normally certifies a phone to be stable on their network before releasing it. I think he even says the “carrier” in the release. He also says the Treo 750 not a key product. It’s not that confusing…
