Lucid Dreaming for the Poor

If you’ve been wanting to attempt lucid dreaming ever since you saw “Waking Life,” but haven’t been able to afford one of the exuberantly priced devices, then feast your eyes on this DIY lucid dreaming device. This $30 homebrew lucid dreaming device will deliver you real world cues five hours into your sleep cycle.
Upon receiving the cues, your brain is supposed to distinguish that its in a dream. Once you’ve acquired that thought, you can control your dreams as you wish.
So that means you can beat up the elderly or steal candy from children without fear of social repercussion. That is, of course, if the device actually works adequately. I’m guessing it’ll prolly just wake you up and leave you unable to fall back to sleep.

devices such as this tend to follow one’s own belief, I suspect.
Meaning, if you think it will work for you, it will, if not, it won’t.
Interesting looking setup though.
$30 for the kit? Might not be a bad price at all. Is there any word on whether he’ll be selling finished units?

I think that this is absolutly remarkable. I hope to get one for Christmas and build it with my dad. I have always in a way wished that I could control my dreams and it might become a reality, I can’t wait to show my parents
