When someone call me, i see the call on screem, but the phone won’t ring or vibrate. Also when i try use the media player i reproduce the song but i can’t hear it. Plz help me i don’t know that the problem is and why it is related with the vibrate opcion. Thanks a lot!

I regret buying this phone, seriously. I’m sure as far as Windows smartphones go it’s ok, but it is really not for me. I *hate* the web browser.

When I try to “set as” ringtone it tells me the file is too big, “can’t be bigger than 300KB, but the file is 3.5 MB, how do I get around this? I have a memory card that has 4GB, but the phone won’t let me use a custom ring tone if it is on my memory card v. the file on the phone itself in “my stuff.” How’d you get around the memory issue?

Using your old phone, you should have the option to save your contacts onto your Sim Card. It will save most of the contacts, not all of them.

Then insert the sim card into the Black Jack and it should automatically show your ‘Sim Contacts.’ At that point you can choose to manually save each of the Sim Contacts to the Black Jack.

Go into contacts, scroll to a contact, press ok, click edit, scroll down to custom ring tone, select a ringtone and save it. when that contact calls, you will hear that ringtone.

The “E” on top means that its using edge. So basically if it says “E” then its using “E”. If you walk around looking at your phone you will notice in different places it will switch between E & 3G depending on where your are. hope this answered your question

Just to clarify, Lisa, you have to be in the contacts section when you press the silver navigation key. If you press it intermittently, you’ll go through each name individually, but if you keep holding the key, eventually a big letter will show up for you to select which section of the alphabet you want.

Hi Lisa,

You’ve probably figured this out by now, but if you keep holding the top or bottom of the silver 4-way navigation key, you will see a big letter show up. The big letter scrolls through the alpahabet until you release the button on the letter of the alphabet you want (e.g. ‘H’). Then you’ll a listing of names that begin with the selected letter. You have to press the button for a few seconds for the big letter to show up, but it works. Hope this helps!

There is An easy way..Js click on the ‘#’ botton and hold it for a lil long while till ur phone vibrates.. To take it out of silent..Jst do the same thing !!

When the blackjack has the “E” on tyhe top screen, does that mean that it is activly using edge data or does it just mean that edge is the only connection type?
