		<description>Absolutely. As long as your DAP doesn&#039;t get soaked, of course. You&#039;d probably be fine in a hurricane, as long as the actual speaker part is shielded by your ear.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve used these suckers and I find them quite wonderful. They fit snuggly (far better than the come-with iPod set, for example), but don&#039;t totally block out outside noise as in the sound-isolating Shure or Creative buds. This is good--when you&#039;re running the streets of Brooklyn, you don&#039;t want to get swiped by an unheard SUV. 

Also, while not technically &quot;waterproof&quot;, they CAN be rinsed under a sink to get rid of the stench of victory (sweat).</description>
