There IS a head attachment however, that, although it has not been tested for this purpose, is probably a pretty good thing to use immediately following a concussion. They can't say that in any literature until proper testing is completed, of course. It really kept the swelling down and allowed me to stay relatively drug free through out the painful post surgery period (maid more painful by a failed "nerve block"). Anyways hopefully you never have a need for these but if you do you can usually get your insurance to buy them and in my case came with a pad that you can wrap to any part of your body with an ace bandage so you don't need to buy different attachments.
