We love Nixie tubes. They are vacuum tubes once used as readouts for old timey electronics like nuclear reactor control rooms and James Bond villian bombs. Now you can build your own Nixie clock with the K7 Klok Kit, a $129 kit with everything you need to rock out like Goldfinger.

  • This is only a metal case for a clock that some one else sells.

  • kurtisb is right :(

The K7 Klok Kit is the metal housing and hardware only for $105
    The 6 IN-18 Tubes retail for $190
The Tube Board (separate clock Kurtisb references) is $113
And some number of Mouser pins at $0.39 ea

So total clock cost is around $410 from my calculations.

Nixie tubes are cool, but at $410, I’ll pass…
