How did you register the controller via bluetooth. I have a dongle, but it can't find it. I guess I need bluetooth drivers for the controller, but can't find any.

I did what you said Tomislav and in the prompt it says found 4 busses.

And the ps3 controller comes up in "game controllers" but I am still unable to make the buttons light up in the game controllers

Well, here is a simple fix.
1. Place the "ps3sixaxis_en" file into the Windows/System32 folder
2. Go to start and then click Run
3. Type in CMD and a prompt should pop up
4. in the Prompt, type "ps3sixaxis_en" and hit enter
5. (keep the Game Controllers menu open under properties) and push the PS button
***Might want to shut ps3 off to prevent it from starting up***
6. By now u should be able to see that you can move the + in any direction!

How get Sixaxis work on Windows XP:
1. Install the driver(LibUSB)
2.Start(open the file) ps3sixaxis_en
3.Pug your Sixaxis on your PC with the Miniusb and usb cable
4.Start ps3sixaxis_en again.
5.Push the PS (central) button.
6.Restart your pc with the Sixaxis plugged in.
7.When restart finishes open the ps3_sixaxis_en and push the PS button
8.It works(if it is lighting in red, it is recharging).
