People who don't want to pay will still find ways to acquire the music without DRM, so why not just give up on the notion. On a side note. Props to BNL for taking the initiative and releasing their most recent album as DRM-free MP3s. It takes some guts to go against what the rest of the industry is saying. I think they are starting to realize that DRM is just an annoynace to paying customers. People who don’t want to pay will still find ways to acquire the music without DRM, so why not just give up on the notion.
