This camera looks like it has the potential to make many digital camera owners to step up from their smaller coolpix's and cybercams. I have been on the fence waiting and watching and studying. My number one choice has always been Nikon, but the recent addition of the Pentax K100 is also a strong contender. Both cameras have a great lineage of lenses and features that will make any camera owner proud and pleased with their purchase. Thanks Cruch Gear for the opportunity!
