I never noticed that demonic symbol at the top there Isaiah... I thought it was just random cellophane stuck up there to represent the Star of David. Well, now you know for sure there will be an article on CrunchGear that the "Geek Tree" burned in flamed overnight along with the accompanying 4 story blocks ;-)

Even though it does look like it's screaming "FIRE! FIRE!", it's not that bad. The, um, attempt at a unique design, that is. And is it just me, or does that Hello Kitty on the top look just a little bit demonic?

This reminds me of when I was in college a few years back. I lived in a house with 5 other guys and so we had tons and tons of crap lying around. We ended up trying to create a tree using CD's and those water cooler jugs. However, it became hmmm modern art. Eventually we ended up putting a tube in the jug, and drilling plastic tubes and making it into a hookah. Moral of the story, don't try to create christmas trees. However, yours does look significantly better than mine.

I hope the fire department doesn't find out whose tree that is... much less their insurance company. Why don't they just plug a can of gas into a socket and get it over with.

I don't know what is worse, actually taking the time to do this, or the idea that this is cool enough that they had to post it on Flickr. This screams SNL skit.
