Reader Response: Festivus Week - Day 2

Greetings all. Now that today is winding down, I’d like to take a quick moment to announce the second Sandisk Cruzer Winner. Lots of good comments today and I enjoyed reading many of them.

So anyway, your winner is:

Ryan Stickney. He’ll be receiving a 1GB SanDisk Cruzer Micro for his continued commenting diligence. Congrats, bucko.

For those of you who didn’t walk away victorious today, don’t fret. There are still two Sandisk Cruzer Titanium drives remaining. And, of course, this Friday we’ll have our big, big prize, a Nikon D40 digital SLR camera kit valued at $600. If you’re interested in making it yours, all you have to do is comment and be sure to enter your email address in the commenter information form.

Maximus- I’d trade the usb drive for the camera easily. As an added bonus i’ll fill the 1gb stick with pictures of CrunchGear writer Matt Hickey dancing.

My offer to trade a 3.5 inch floppy for the flash drive is still good…..

Shinerpod,

If its a 3.5 inch floppy of the original AOL software cause that thing was selling on ebay for close to a grand.

Amit, “a grand”, what??

The most recent one on ebay was only $155. I like the way you round: “Seriously, I sent you like $3,000 [holds up cancelled check for .64] :)

or did you mean the satirical article on digg.

I’m curious about this, so if you have something I missed please let me know.

w00t Congratulations Ryan!

If I were to win the Nikon D40 I would probably choose to keep it but that would be a difficult offer to turn down. I mean he’s dancing, is that the risqué kind of dancing? :)

Best wishes,
Kimmy

Wow! a grand you say. Guess I shouldn’t have replaced the original AOL software on the floppy with 6 of the photos of Matt dancing. I tried to keep more but only 6 would fit.

Jon,

That article is absolutely crazy. I’m stupefied.

I hope I will not be judged on my inability to spell my name consistently.
