UIQ has just been bought by SonyEricsson so that OS will probably become their smartphone OS of choice. I must admit, they are moving in a direction that even I couldn't have predicted. They cannot compete against Firefox nor EI but I think they have found their niche... that is, until the other big two realize the potential and sign deals of their own. I wonder how long it will be before we find Opera on LG, Sony etc... tomorrow?
