Shabbat shalom my fellow Jewish CrunchGear readers! Since there are so many Xmas posts asking what you got and wishing you a happy holiday, I figured I’d do one for us Jews (I converted, hence the Italian last name). I hope you all had eight great nights of hanukkah and enjoyed the pounds of gelt you got!
So my fellow Jewish readers, what did you receive or give for Hanukkah? I gave my best friend an iPod Shuffle with some cases. You?

We don’t do much Chanukah gift-giving for some reason — a little bit of money went around (for savings, mostly). I guess there’s always next year for the bigger gifts. :)

I got a Sirius S100 from my wife and a Tivo Series 2 DT for myself.
A sweet Oppo Digital DVD player. If you’ve got an HDTV, it’s the best money you can spend.

The first 4 seasons of 24, I already had the 5th, the West Wing box set, a few best buy gift cards and thats about it. A few other stuff here and there but I didn’t ask for anything other than dvd’s I hadn’t already purchased for myself.
Oh my god. I just looked at my menorah then at my pic I posted. I feel like such a bad jew. Guess that makes sense (heh heh heh).
