Last night, iFrogz showed us its new line of cases: Exotics. Yes, I used italics. These new cases are designed with the iPod in mind, but can hold electronics with similar dimensions (like a Samsung Blackjack). The packaging is made of actual wood and the cases have a very realistic faux fur with animal prints. They’re also available now, so go ahead and unleash your inner cheetah.
Because I was confused, I went and did a little looking. I was surprised to see the picture, because I thought “Hey, are they really selling huge wooden cases for iPods and electronics? Because those are huge, look uncomfortable, and wouldn’t fit in anyone’s pocket, let alone comfortably in a purse.”
So after some digging, I found their website. It’s all clear guys, you’ll be getting a sweet looking faux fur generic iPod case that comes in that weird burned wood box.

I just this day received my iFrogz case that I won through this site. I just ordered it on Tuesday of last week and, WHAM, its here. iFrogz is a class act. They are a perfect match for Apple in that the material is solid, and it looks great. The packaging that they sent the case in was also great quality. I feel like a valued customer, via mail.
The ONLY thing I’m bummed about is I just saw yesterday that you can now upload your own art for the wheel sticker dealy. Flip! As a graphic designer I so would’ve jumped all over that. The pre-designed dealies they have to choose from are great, but ain’t nothing like having your own design, knowumsayin?
I will say, though, (personal tastes here) I’m glad I got the other iFrogz case as opposed to the animal variety here. The rubber-ish ones rawk. I’ll be buying more wheel sticker dealies. Besides, I just know my kids would want to be petting the iPod, and possibly feeding it.
