LG’s SideShow Waaay Hotter Than Asus

Asus W5Fe look like a cheap hooker(CES in Vegas…see the connection). The Z1 comes equipped with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor T7200 2.0 GHz, a 12.1-inch (1280 x 800) fancy display and 1GB of DDR2 RAM.

Sweet! Is there anything LG can’t do right? Those guys are on a roll! Is this laptop going to be available in the US? Probably no price available yet.. hopefully soon..

I guess I have some research to do. I keep seeing the term “sideshow” and I’m not knowing what that is.

Its cool to see the lines being blurred between cell phone manufacturing and computer manufacturing. Nokia, LG, HTC, Apple (wink wink)… the crossover has begun. Nearly gone are the days that a person walks into a carrier’s store and says, “I just want a phone that makes calls and that is all.” I’m thinking all they’re going to get is the LG Migo.

I’d be interested to know their pricing for said laptop as well.

From what I have seen LG Laptops are not available in the US, but available in Canada. A Canadian website, http://www.milestonepc.com , is the best I know that sells LG laptops specifically to the US from Canada.
