		<description>Battery power? I've had other pen devices and they typically chew through batteries in just a few uses.  Is this one of those devices that will drain the battery unless you remove it when not in use??</description>

		<description>Hmmm, if it seems too good to be true, it often is.

I purchased one of these last year, and it's now sitting motionless at the bottom of my desk drawer.

It took months to arrive (in Australia) (after many weekly emails enquiring of the status), and arrived looking like a prototype/refurb/factory-second. (their website seems to call it "re-certified").

  * Setup and scanning is impossibly fiddly.

  * Data transfer is painfully slow.

I haven't tested the memory card slot because I don't have a mico-xd card.

It has great potential to be a great gadget... but they really need to lift their game before they can justify charging US$300.</description>
