Many gamers already sweat WAY too much, but that’s more from bad hygiene than actually from physical effort exerted during gameplay. While the Wii will get your fat ass off the couch for a change, to really feel the burn there is the PCGamerBike, a mini exercise bike that connects via a USB connection, and can be used with various PC games. It is actually meant to be an integral part of 3D Innovations Island Worlds, the first game incorporate fitness equipment into the experience, but it can let you spin while you play sport and action titles as well.

OMG! They even got Tony Little to do the infomercial.
This technology is a great idea for the couch spuds. But many of the commercial fitness centers have had this technology for awhile and the games typically suck. Although, the TVs powered by cardio activity are a good idea so they shut off when activity stops.
Is there a machine that will cut off Tony’s mullet while working out?!?! Anyone, please??
For 20 bucks, I will be that machine.
Actually the bike works with any PC Game that uses the keyboard.
