I saw the ad for the gravity defyer shoes on airplane catalog. I have a bad foot, two screws in ankle, so no leverage there. I was excited to try out these shoes. I PLACED THE ORDER IN THE MIDDLE OF JULY. I STARTED CALLED IN MIDDLE OF AUGUST. I HAVE CALLED EVERY WEEK SINCE THEN-PROMISED AN EMAIL RIGHT AWAY, PROMISED FREE SHIPPING, TOLD CUSTOMS WAS HOLDING UP SHIPMENT. THEN THE SHIPMENT CAME IN AND MY ORDER WAS OVERLOOKED. TODAY I WAS TOLD THE FIRST SHIPMENT IS GONE, NEXT ONE IS NOT UNTIL NOVEMBER. I GAVE THEM A PIECE OF MY MIND AND CANCELLED THE ORDER. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If these shoes are so wonderful, they'd already be more popular than Obama!
If they were that good, Podiatrists across the nation would be recommending them!!!

Going to see a lawyer because a spring came out? That is ridiculous, just get a refund. We've got enough lawsuits already in this country.

Where do I start? I first was looking into the z-coil, because a friend recomended it to me. It was'nt a good looking shoe.I have developed flat feet, and boy when you have flat feet, you tend to be more tired, I used to come home tired needing to take a nap, I'm 30, so i felt wierd that i had to do this. I recieved my casual shoes and the moment I tried this shoes on I notice my foot was in the proper position, in the first few hours walking on these shoes i felt great. The next day i wore them, I felt great, I also notice that my ankle felt stronger, the next day, I am now afriad to wear my other regular shoes. Once you try this shoes, you would not want to buy anythinge else. The price was 100.00 and other shoes go for more. It is worth the money, If you live with pain, there is no price to your health, plus with the energy you have you can work longer at work = more money = more Shoes = active life style. Highly recommend these shoes, and will try the z-coil in the future, because gravity defyer does not have boots at this time.

I tried these shoes and spent $200 on their top of the line. Oh boy.. I love these shoes, they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I walk a lot daily, and I'll never wear another pair of shoes again. I've already bought my 2nd and 3rd pair...they are worth the $$$$.

I received a pair of gravity defyer sport shoes and am THOROUGHLY disappointed. The shoes fell far short of the outrageous claims made by the retailer. Sure, the heel bed is comfy, but not $130 comfy. The toe is way too narrow and chafes my toes. The insole stains my socks red and black. I do not feel like a "kangaroo" or "flying" and indeed, there is no upward push that the shoes exert on the feet. The pressure valve is too small and creates a tea-kettle effect, causing the shoes to whistle with each step. In short, they are nothing but an over-priced gimmick. Furthermore, I have never seen such poor, shoddy customer service as I have seen at gadgetuniverse. Zero stars.

I found your page looking for an actual review of these shoes for someone like myself who is on my feet 10 hours a day and felt to leave you a note. Did you actually think that some engineer was able to finally defy Newton's Second Law of Motion in shoe form? All these things are suppose to do is give you extra cushion and a bounce in your step. It's the same as beer commercials claiming hot chicks will want to show up and have sex with you simply because of your choice in lite beer or those weight loss ads with people who have lost 350lbs while drinking chocolate shakes -- you know that is all BS, but it's built on a product that might work a little better than its competition.
