looks pretty dam awsome
Does optimus look really sad in that pic or is it just me?
Sexeh! I keep getting a very ID4 vibe from the trailer, but still excited about it anyway!
Anonymous - it isnt just you. The big eyes, those weird bracket things over his eyes, and the lines make it appear to be a long nose. All this makes it look like he is about to cry. They made his face really look bad in my opinion, everything else looks pretty cool.
What the heck did they do with Bumblebee??? He looks like Terminator. That look doesn’t fit Bumblebee’s personality at all.
When I first saw the character designs for this movie, my inner child cried many, many tears. Megatron is absolutely brutal looking (in a horrid, horrid way).
I’d rather the studio have went with an uber-animated movie over live action.
I’ve already convinced myself that this is NOT going to be the movie we think it’s going to be. Meaning that what we grew up on won’t be completely reflected in the movie and I’m cool with that.
I’m digging the new look. The meaner baddies and can’t wait to see it.
Of course as soon as Bay does a slow motion jump and shoot scene with an Autobot I’m going to fall on the floor laughing.
Honestly, I don’t think anything could please some fans other than just a rescreening of the animated movie. I think these shots look great.
Not diggin it. Seeing the close-up makes it even worse! And what’s with bumblebee’s face???????
The designs are decent, but jsut so….unoriginal I guess? It’s jsut typical manga-robot inspired stuff and the slapped on some doors and hoods to make it transformers. I understand the need to adapt the characters for live action film-making, but this is too much. I’m surprised at home many people like this.
