In all, this is the only real way that the phone companies can compete head-to-head with the cable companies, and as there are substantial savings inherent in these packages, they’re win/win for consumers, for the most part. The only reservation we have is that it does take some choice away from the consumer, something we’re very against.</p>

I agree that bundling their services is a great way for customers to save but forces the customer to choose either save money or what is really right. Which, as you said takes away choice from the customer.

Thats good news for Verzon customers to bad they have bad customer support for their high speed internet service. That has led for smaller ISP companies such as http://getoc3.com to succeed.
