A while back, I gave you the lowdown on Sony-Ericsson’s upcoming Z310a. Well, it’s one step closer to becoming a reality as it just got FCC approval. In case you forgot, this clamshell device comes with features like EDGE, a full HTML Web browser, e-mail, RSS reader (to get your Crunch on the go, obviously), and an audio recorder.

No word yet on pricing or a specific carrier, but I’ll venture a guess that someone who’s name rhymes with “a sea of pee” will be picking it up.
