Also wanted to say that I switched my phone line to Iristel a few years ago and I think you really need to get your facts straight. The voice quality is indistinguishable from my old Bell line and I save a tonne of money on month calls. I have learned that their tech support is in Canada but part of their call centre is in Romania, I say this because if you call it you could not tell that it is on the other side of the world. Sorry to say it but I think you are wrong and tragically misinform your readers on a topic you seem not to know enough about....but I guess that is the purpose of blogs...a place for the ill informed to congregate and talk on topics they are not qualified to professionally write about.
