Check out a screen shot of the code itself if you think it’s all bull-honky.

  • I could never understand why they didn’t include something like this to begin with:

  • As far as I know the psp does not have an internal microphone or external input, therefore how can a skype communication be possible?

I got myself a mylo. But it is still very limited.

It does not have MSN neither does it take advantage of the current desktop feature of yahoo messenger to communicate with hotmail and msn users. They are excluded from your buddy’s list.

The screen fonts are very small and cannot be seen at outdoor sunlight.

It should have a vibrating feature or a louder sound option to advise when someone has responded or is calling you.

Last version firmware 1.3 had not introduced any new features so far.

What I cannot understand is why sony did not come out with a psp2 with all these features instead of the mylo.

Well, there is an official headset with microphone that connects to the PSP’s headphone jack just like the headphone remote control does. It allows gamers with (I think) one of the SOCOM games to voice chat during gameplay. So there is a way it could work.

This would be the best thing ever!

  • To Ron,
I don’t know whether there is a microphone on PSP but what I know for sure is that PSP has a bluetooth. Therefore I see no problem with communication.

  • Well, if they get skype on psp, thell probably make a new invention that you can stick on your psp like, what you would find on your computor. That can also include a headset with a microphone. You never know.

  • Notaras….

The PSP does NOT have bluetooth…

    Ron….

The PSP has a headSET jack…so you can use headphones OR a headSET (Headsets have MICROPHONES).

There is a little think called GOOGLE where you can look things up so you don’t sound like an ass.

  • Kman, you should use google yourself. for a headset mic to work, it needs one phono lead to be plugged into the mic jack. do you see one?
    ass!

  • it works like a phone mic, with the audio output/input on a 3.5 phone jack on the bottom of the PSP. Mic/headphone comes with socom navy seals
