Shame on you Verizon. First you run out on your wife, then get into a bitter battle over alimony. Now the telecom giant is going to jail for failure to appear in court. Some guy named “Poodleman” was hosed by Verizon when they double-billed him, messed up his credit and didn’t do anything to fix it. Verizon was sued, Poodleman won and he was supposed to be paid.

Well Verizon took its sweet time getting that check out. A warrant for arrest was filed and for Verizon it was almost game over—until Poodleman got his check. Now things are peachy and everyone wins. Yay.

  • ( GREAT WORK POODLEMAN ) Verizon, corporate officers , lawyers and others, may still be facing arrest soon, for a different matter. Verizon has knowingly and purposely allowed thousands of employees to work with, use and be exposed to a product they knew could cause not only severe injuries, disabilities, birth defects but also cancer and death-had prepared warnings to give to employees-then not given the warnings- apparently to avoid massive worker comp, disability, intentional tort, personal injury, wrongful death and other associated claims and charges,- fired and forced to retire some employees that were injured by this product then refused to pay workers comp, disability benefits and associated claims. This could involve criminal charges against Verizon and corporate officers and others for such injuries and deaths that may have been suffered by huge numbers of employees. This could also cost Verizon billions in associated losses.
